I can do lunch or dinner parties in person or as a takeaway/collection, depending on the level of service you would like. With the takeaway version I can supply full cooking/preparation instructions, but everything will be as close to finished as I can make it. This means minimal effort, just popping something in the oven or dressing a salad for example, and hopefully still enables you to have a stress-free and enjoyable meal. If you would like me there to cook and serve everything, then I’m very happy to do that and you can fully relax into it and enjoy being one of the guests! Below are a few suggestions of tried and tested starters, mains and desserts to give you an idea of what’s possible, but with this kind of event I tend to tailor the menu to the host(s), the occasion, the time of year etc etc, so send me a message or email or give me a call and we can discuss in more detail. Prices start at £30 pp for a 3-course meal delivery only and £40pp for the fully served version.

Mediterranean salmon-en-croute, rich sun-dried tomato cream sauce, herby roast potatoes and tenderstem broccoli
Salad of hot-smoked trout, goat’s cheese, fennel, peas and pea shoots with a citrus dressing
